Mental health and mental illness are not the same thing and should not be considered as such; there are certain mental illnesses which must be treated by specialists in their field to give the greatest chance of long term symptom reduction, but what about mental health?
Mental health and wellbeing coaching is a proactive way of working on our own mental health to help us keep focus, make better decisions and feel more relaxed.
We use a combination of one to one coaching sessions, breathing techniques & brain training exercises to help build focus, concentration and relaxation.
Our aim is to support individuals with a complete package to support their mental health and wellbeing long term.
