Current mental health statistics are concerning, according to the MHFA 1 in 4 people experience mental health issues each year in the UK.
Mental health and mental illness are not the same thing and should not be considered as such; there are certain mental illnesses which must be treated by specialists in their field to give the greatest chance of long term symptom reduction, but what about mental health?
People with a long-term mental health condition lose their jobs every year at double the rate of those without a mental health condition, this equates to over 300k people.

Our Corporate Mental Health Training and Coaching is more than a one day course or a reactive response to someone in need; Our aim is to provide employers with a proactive way of supporting their employees mental health and wellbeing.
